Abstract
Składana wkładka kartonowa do niewielkich szklanych pojemników zwłaszcza ampułek zawierająca dno, powierzchnie czołowe oraz powierzchnie górne i wewnętrzne powierzchnie boczne, w których wycięte są otwory stanowiące gniazda przednie i gniazda tylne do osadzania wewnątrz nich produktów. Wkładka w rozwinięciu jest pojedynczym nierozdzielnym kartonowym wykrojem, w którym linie zagięcia i linie cięcia wyznaczają płaszczyzny stanowiące odpowiednio powierzchnię podstawy (1), powierzchnie górne (2a, 2b), wewnętrzne powierzchnie boczne (3a, 3b) oraz gniazda przednie (4) i gniazda tylne (5), a także powierzchnie czołowe (6a, 6b), przy czym wykrój ma kształt prostokąta podzielonego równolegle do dłuższego boku na segmenty (7) odpowiadające liczbie produktów, a każdy segment (7) zawiera osiowo względem siebie rozmieszczone po jednym gniazdo przednie (4) i gniazdo tylne (5), zaś ściany skrajne (8a, 8b) są warstwami dwuwarstwowego dna. Pomiędzy poszczególnymi segmentami (7) znajduje się perforowana linia (9), zaś ściany czołowe (6a, 6b), ściana podstawy (1) oraz jedna ściana skrajna (8a) zaopatrzone są w elementy graficzne (10), korzystnie tekstowe, a gniazdo tylne (5) zaopatrzone jest w skrzydełko dociskowe (11).A foldable cardboard insert for small glass containers, especially ampoules, with a bottom, front surfaces and top and inner side surfaces, in which openings are cut which constitute front and rear seats for embedding products inside them. The expanded insert is a single, inseparable cardboard blank, in which fold lines and cutting lines define the planes constituting the base surface (1), upper surfaces (2a, 2b), internal side surfaces (3a, 3b) and front seats (4) and sockets, respectively. rear (5), as well as the front surfaces (6a, 6b), the cutout having the shape of a rectangle divided parallel to the longer side into segments (7) corresponding to the number of products, and each segment (7) includes axially arranged one front seat (4) and the rear seat (5), and the end walls (8a, 8b) are layers of a two-layer bottom. Between the individual segments (7) there is a perforated line (9), and the front walls (6a, 6b), the base wall (1) and one end wall (8a) are provided with graphic elements (10), preferably text, and the rear socket (5) is provided with a pressure flap (11).
