Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ramka centrująca, która ułatwia odpowiednie usytuowanie struktury laserowej umieszczonej na radiatorze wewnątrz obudowy optoelektronicznej. Ramka posiada podstawę (1) z dołączonymi ramionami (6a i 6b) połączone ze sobą łącznikiem (5). Zarówno w podstawie (1) jak i w ramionach (6a i 6b) ramki znajduje się wybranie (2) o głębokości zbliżonej do połowy grubości ramki i o szerokości nieco większej niż szerokość ścianki obudowy optoelektronicznej, na którą będzie nakładane. Natomiast w środkowej części ramki, po tej samej stronie co wybranie (2), znajdują się dwa trzpienie (3a i 3b), których średnice są nieco mniejsze niż średnice otworów w centrowanym radiatorze i o wysokości większej niż połowa grubości ramki. Trzpienie oddzielone od siebie podłużną szczeliną (4), przy czym trzpień (3a) znajduje się w podstawie (1) ramki a trzpień (3b) na łączniku (5).The subject of the application is a centering frame that facilitates the appropriate positioning of the laser structure placed on the heat sink inside the optoelectronic housing. The frame has a base (1) with attached arms (6a and 6b) connected to each other by a connector (5). Both in the base (1) and in the arms (6a and 6b) of the frame there is a recess (2) with a depth close to half the thickness of the frame and a width slightly larger than the width of the wall of the optoelectronic housing on which it will be placed. On the other hand, in the central part of the frame, on the same side as the recess (2), there are two pins (3a and 3b), the diameters of which are slightly smaller than the diameters of the holes in the centered heat sink and with a height greater than half the thickness of the frame. The pins are separated from each other by a longitudinal slot (4), the pin (3a) being in the base (1) of the frame and the pin (3b) on the connector (5).
