Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest samonośny drewniany element konstrukcji budowlanych, zwłaszcza stropów, wykonany z drewna i materiału drewnopochodnego. Ma on zamkniętą konstrukcję skrzynkową, którą tworzą dwie równoległe względem siebie belki (1) wykonane z fornirowego drewna warstwowego (LVL). Są one połączone ze sobą znajdującymi się między nich co najmniej trzema równoległymi żebrami (2) zamocowanymi prostopadle względem ich powierzchni. Każde z żeber (2) wykonane jest z litego konstrukcyjnego drewna monolitycznego lub drewna konstrukcyjnego klejonego (KVH). Każda z belek (1) ma postać płyty. Żebra (2) rozmieszczonymi co 20 - 60 cm. Łączenie belki (1) z żebrem (2) stanowi warstwa kleju (3) oraz metalowy element łączący (4).The subject of the utility model is a self-supporting wooden element of building structures, especially ceilings, made of wood and wood-based material. It has a closed box structure made of two parallel beams (1) made of laminated veneer wood (LVL). They are connected to each other by at least three parallel ribs (2) fixed between them perpendicular to their surfaces. Each of the ribs (2) is made of solid structural monolithic timber or glued structural timber (KVH). Each of the beams (1) is in the form of a slab. Ribs (2) spaced every 20 - 60 cm. The joining of the beam (1) with the rib (2) is made of an adhesive layer (3) and a metal connecting element (4).
