Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest paleta do przewożenia i segregowania zwłaszcza kompletu oprzyrządowania narzędzi kuźniczych, która zbudowana jest z połączonych podzespołów: podstawy (A), płyty dolnej (B), nakładki (C) i skrzynki transportowej (D), gdzie podstawa (A) składa się z symetrycznie rozłożonych nóg na podstawie prostokąta w taki sposób, że nogi usytuowane są w rogach, po środku każdego z boków oraz w środku prostokąta, a każda z nóg leżących równolegle wzdłuż dłuższego boku podstawy, połączona jest z dwóch stron za pomocą łącznika wzdłużnego, tworząc trzy elementy wzdłużne podstawy (A) połączone sześcioma parami łączników poprzecznych symetrycznie na wysokości nóg, a od góry podstawy (A) przymocowana jest płyta dolna (B) o kształcie prostokąta z symetrycznie umieszczonymi czterema owalnymi napięciami na każdym z dwóch dłuższych boków, na której przymocowana jest nakładka (C) o kształcie prostokąta z symetrycznie umieszczonymi półotwartymi czterema otworami na każdym z dwóch dłuższych boków, przy czym nakładka (C) posiada otwór w kształcie litery „T”, odpowiadający geometrii skrzynki transportowej (D), oraz prostokątne otwory przylegające do krótszego boku palety i skrzynki transportowej (D), w środkowej części nakładki (C) umieszczona jest skrzynka transportowa (D) przylegająca do jednej dłuższej krawędzi bocznej palety, zbudowana z sześciu elementów skrzyniowych.The subject of the application is a pallet for transporting and segregating, in particular, a set of forging tools, which consists of connected components: a base (A), a bottom plate (B), a cover (C) and a transport box (D), where the base (A) consists of with symmetrically spaced legs on the base of a rectangle in such a way that the legs are located at the corners, in the middle of each side and in the center of the rectangle, and each of the legs lying parallel along the longer side of the base is connected on both sides with a longitudinal connector, forming three longitudinal elements of the base (A) connected by six pairs of transverse links symmetrically at the height of the legs, and on the top of the base (A) a rectangular bottom plate (B) with four symmetrically placed oval tensions on each of the two long sides, on which it is attached there is a rectangular cap (C) with four symmetrically placed half-open holes on each of the two longer ones side, with the cap (C) having a "T" -shaped hole corresponding to the geometry of the transport box (D), and rectangular openings adjacent to the shorter side of the pallet and the transport box (D), in the central part of the cap (C) transport box (D) adjacent to one long side edge of the pallet, made of six box elements.
