Description

Niedogodnosci te wiaza sie z niejednorodnoscia skladu chemi¬ cznego i struktury wlewków, a nastepnie samych pretów.2 130015 Stop cynku zawierajacy aluminium, miedz, olów, bizmut i mangan, wedlug wynalazku zawiera wagowo: 0,01-0,02% aluminum, 3,5-4,5% miedzi, 0,8-1,2% olowiu, 0,01-0,6% manganu oraz dodatkowo 0,15-0,20% litu i 0,003-0,01% kadmu, reszte stanowi cynk.Prety wytworzone ze stopu wedlug wynalazku nie posiadaja wad technologicznych, natomiast charakteryzuja sie dobra podatnoscia do obróbki wiórowej, szczególnie na urzadzeniach automa¬ tycznych. Wlasnosci te wiaza sie z jednorodnym skladem chemicznym i jednorodna struktura zarówno wlewków jak i gotowych pretów. Ponizej podany jest przyklad skladu chemicznego stopu wedlug wynalazku.Stop cynku zawierawagowo: 0,01% aluminium, 3,5% miedzi, 0,8% olowiu, 0,15% bizmutu, 0,01% manganu, 0,15% litu oraz 0,003% kadmu, reszte stanowi cynk.Zastrzezenie patentowe Stop cynkowy zawierajacy aluminium, miedz, olów, bizmut i mangan, znamienny tym, ze zawiera wagowo: 0,01-0,02% aluminium, 3,5-4,5% miedzi, 0,8-1,2% olowiu, 0,15-0,25% bizmutu, 0,01-0,6% manganu oraz dodatkowo 0,15-0,20% litu i 0,003-0,01% kadmu, reszte stanowi cynk.Pracownia Poligraficzni UP PRL. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a zinc alloy intended for bars for machining, especially automated machining. From the Polish standard PN-80 / H-87101, the subject of which are zinc alloys grades for plastic working, these include ZnAl 4A, ZnAl alloys 4, ZnAl 4 Cu 3 A, ZnAl 4 Cu 3, which are mainly intended for rods. The ZnAl 4 A alloy, according to this standard, contains by weight: 3.5-4.5% Al, up to 0.10% Cu, 0.02-0.05% Mg and as Pb impurities up to 0.004%, Cd up to 0.003% , Sn up to 0.001%, Fe up to 0.06%, the rest is Zn, while the ZnAl 4 Cu 3 alloy, according to this standard, has the following chemical composition: 3.5-4.5% Al, 2.5-3 , 7% Cu, 0.02-0.05% Mg, and as impurities up to 0.006% Pb, up to 0.003% Cd, up to 0.001 Sn, up to 0.06% Fe, the remainder Zn. These alloys are not suitable for processing in automatic machines, and moreover, they are very sensitive to intercrystalline corrosion, especially when they contain an increased amount of lead, cadmium and tin admixtures. Zinc alloys for bars for machining on automatic machines known from the publication Zink Taschen-buch, Berlin, Oktober 1941, is an alloy containing by weight: 0.06 ± 0.4% Al, 4.0 ± 0.04% Cu, 0.7 ± 0.2% Pb, the rest of Zn and an alloy with the following composition: 4% Cu, 0.1% Al, 0.7 % Pb and 0.3% (Bi + Mn + Tl), the remainder Zn. The alloys of the same group include those presented in the publication Zeitschrift fur Metallkunde, 1940, issue 3, ZnCu alloys 4 Pb (3-5), ZnCu 4 Bi (0.4-0.5), ZnCu 4 Bi 0.5 Mn 0.5, ZnCu 4 Pb 0.7 Bi 0.1 These alloys show good machinability when machining bars made of these alloys on automatic machines, however, the production of these rods poses considerable technological difficulties. These difficulties, applied to the type of alloys, are already revealed when casting ingots from these alloys (liquation, squeezing and blisters), and then when extruding the rods7 (lead spouts on the rod surface, peeling of the rod surface and relative delamination of the rods). their considerable lengths). These inconveniences are related to the heterogeneity of the chemical composition and structure of the ingots, and then the bars themselves.2 130015 Zinc alloy containing aluminum, copper, lead, bismuth and manganese, according to the invention contains: 0.01-0.02% by weight of aluminum, 3 , 5-4.5% copper, 0.8-1.2% lead, 0.01-0.6% manganese and additionally 0.15-0.20% lithium and 0.003-0.01% cadmium, the rest is Zinc. The rods made of the alloy according to the invention have no technological drawbacks, but they are characterized by good susceptibility to machining, especially on automatic devices. These properties are related to the homogeneous chemical composition and homogeneous structure of both the ingots and the finished bars. In addition, the rods made of the alloy according to the invention have an increased resistance to corrosion. Below is an example of the chemical composition of the alloy according to the invention. The zinc alloy contains by weight: 0.01% aluminum, 3.5% copper, 0.8% lead, 0.15% bismuth, 0.01% manganese, 0.15% lithium and 0.003% cadmium, the rest is zinc. Patent claim Zinc alloy containing aluminum, copper, lead, bismuth and manganese, characterized by the fact that it contains: 0.01-0.02% by weight aluminum, 3.5-4.5% copper, 0.8-1.2% lead, 0.15-0.25% bismuth, 0.01-0.6% manganese and additionally 0.15-0.20 % lithium and 0.003-0.01% cadmium, the rest is zinc.
