Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest nakładka ochronna, stosowana zwłaszcza wokół pnia drzewa do ochrony przed przerastaniem chwastami i uszkodzeniami przy przycinaniu traw. Nakładka ochronna w kształcie pierścienia wyposażona w przelotowy otwór (3) usytuowany w jej centralnej części oraz przecięcie (2) przebiegające od tego otworu (3) do zewnętrznej krawędzi charakteryzuje się tym że, na górnej powierzchni pierścienia (1) znajduje się kruszywo (4) połączone nierozłącznie z pierścieniem (1) za pomocą spoiwa (5). Kruszywo (4) stanowi grys i/lub otoczaki o frakcji 1/4, 2/8, 8/16, 16/32, zaś spoiwo (5) stanowi folia w płynie lub żywica albo klej.
