Abstract

Brodzik prysznicowy składający się z czaszy z wypełnieniem warstwy pinki poliuretanowej, wyposażony w otwór do zestawu odpływowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że czasza (1) wykonana jest z blachy stalowej odwzorowującej zadany dowolny kształt, bez wypustów na powierzchni użytkowej czaszy. Wypełnienie czaszy (1) stanowi system (3) piany poliuretanowej o minimalnej gęstości 40 kg/m3. Pod systemem (3) znajduje się klejąca spoina (4) z piany poliuretanowej z matą hydroizolacyjną (5). Brodzik ma otwór wraz z kielichem (7) do mocowania zestawu odpływowego z umieszczoną w nim tuleją (6) z tworzywa sztucznego, która stanowi jego obudowę. Brodzik ma uskok (8) usytuowany na styku piany poliuretanowej i bocznych krawędzi ścianek, który zapewnia wykonanie końcowego jego uszczelnienia po zamontowaniu w miejscu przeznaczenia.
