Abstract

Implant medyczny (1) wykonany jest z materiału bioresorbowalnego i przeznaczony do wzmacniania wgajania przeszczepów przy rekonstrukcji więzadeł w tunelach kostnych. Korpus (2) implantu (1) ma postać rurki z wzdłużnym osiowym przelotowym kanałem. Na zewnętrznej powierzchni korpusu (2) umieszczony jest występ o przebiegu linii śrubowej tworzący gwint (4). Na części długości implantu (1) obwiednia gwintu (4) stanowi linię prostą (5), zaś na pozostałej części długości implantu (1) obwiednia gwintu (4) jest zbieżna w kierunku jednego końca implantu (1) i ma postać parametrycznej krzywej B-sklejanej (6) przy zachowaniu styczności tej krzywej do odcinka prostego obwiedni (5) w ich punkcie styku (7). Pomiędzy każdym zwojem gwintu (4) w dnie (8) wrębu gwintu (4) zlokalizowane są przelotowe otwory (9) w ściance korpusu (2). Obwiednia gwintu (4) jest zbieżna w kierunku jednego końca implantu (1) na długości wynoszącej od 40 - 60% długości całego implantu (1), najkorzystniej na długości 50% całego implantu (1). Na części długości implantu (1) od jego drugiego końca w ściance korpusu (2) wykonane są co najmniej dwa wzdłużne rozcięcia (10).
