Description

Przyklad I. C — 2,18%, Si — 0,80%, Mn — 3,40%, Cu — 0,23%, Cr — 12,31%, Fe — reszta.Zeliwo w etanie surowym po odlaniu posiada nastepujace wlasnosci HV = 541 i Rm = 290,4 MPa.Po obróbce cieplnej zeliwo posiada nastepujace wlasnosci HV = 796 i Rm = 396,4 MPa.Przyklad II. C — 2,48%, Si — 0,96%, Mn — 3,90%, Cu — 0,10%, Cr — 14,80%, Fe — reszta.Zeliwo w stanie surowym po odlaniu posiada nastepujace wlasnosci: HV = 440 i Rm = 322,3 MPa.Po obróbce cieplnej zeliwo posiada nastepujace wlasnosci: HV = 810, R m =390,5 MPa.Zastrzezenie patentowe Zeliwo odporne na zuzycie udlarowo-scierne, zwlaszcza na mielniki do mlynów kulowych, zawie¬ rajace w procentach wagowych 1,5—2,5% wegla, 2,0—4,0% manganu, 12,0—16,0% chromu i ponizej 1,0% krzemu, reszta zelazo, znamienne tym, ze zawiera 0,1—0,5% miedzi. 130 236 PLThe subject of the invention is an alloy cast iron with a very high resistance to impact and abrasive wear, applicable to cast machine elements, operating in conditions of continuous and intense abrasion with simultaneous occurrence of various dynamic loads, especially for metal ore grinding mills, clinker, carbon and others. There is a wide range of grinding materials such as 1.5% carbon, 0.6% silicon, 1.3% manganese, 1.2% chromium, 0.5% molybdenum, 0, 5% vanadium. A characteristic feature of these materials is the dominant effect of alloying elements on the hardenability of the castings, their durability, roughening properties and other functional properties. It is known from the description of the invention for the USSR copyright certificate No. 378,493 an alloy containing in percent by weight 1.5-4.3 % carbon, 1.5-5.0% manganese, 0.4-1.2% silicon, 12.0-30.0% chromium, residual iron. According to the invention, cast iron contains 1.5-2.5% by weight % carbon, less than 1.0% silicon, 2.0-4.0% manganese, 12.0-16.0% chromium, 0.1-0.5% copper and residual iron. Castings made of the above-mentioned chromium copper-manganese-copper cast iron, must be heat treated by annealing at 950 ° C and cooling in air. The cast iron according to the invention, with the use of the appropriate technology for making castings and carrying out additional heat treatment, ensures the obtaining of appropriate quality castings with high hardness, good resistance to fracture, and thus high resistance to impact and abrasive wear. Example I. C - 2.18%, Si - 0.80%, Mn - 3.40%, Cu - 0.23%, Cr - 12.31%, Fe - the rest. Cast iron in crude form after casting has the following properties HV = 541 and Rm = 290.4 MPa. After heat treatment, cast iron has the following properties HV = 796 and Rm = 396.4 MPa. Example II. C - 2.48%, Si - 0.96%, Mn - 3.90%, Cu - 0.10%, Cr - 14.80%, Fe - the rest. The raw cast iron, after casting, has the following properties: HV = 440 and Rm = 322.3 MPa. After heat treatment, the cast iron has the following properties: HV = 810, R m = 390.5 MPa. Patent claim Cast iron resistant to impact-abrasive wear, especially for ball mills, containing in percentages by weight 1.5-2.5% carbon, 2.0-4.0% manganese, 12.0-16.0% chromium and less than 1.0% silicon, the remainder iron, characterized in that it contains 0, 1 - 0.5% copper. 130 236 PL
