Abstract
Tabliczka orientacyjna ma kształt płaskiej prostopadłościennej płyty (1) zawierającej na swojej górnej powierzchni po stronie lewej oznaczenie literowe (2), po którego lewej stronie umieszczony jest numer instalacji, zaś pod tym numerem instalacji umieszczona jest informacja o średnicy przewodu, pod którą są linie w kształcie litery „T”, przy czym po prawej stronie linii dolnej, po jej lewej stronie oraz pod tą linią dolną są informacje o lokalizacji danej instalacji. W płycie (1), w wydzielonych na niej miejscach (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) na numer instalacji, informację o średnicy przewodu, po prawej i lewej stronie linii dolnej w oznaczeniu „T”-kształtnym oraz pod jego linią dolną są otwory przelotowe (8) na płytki z oznaczeniami literowymi lub numerycznymi. Otwory przelotowe (8) w każdym z tych miejsc (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) umieszczone są w dwóch równoległych do siebie rzędach. W każdym z tych wydzielonych miejsc (3, 4, 5 6, 7) ilość otworów przelotowych (8) jest parzysta, zaś ilość otworów przelotowych (8) w jednym rzędzie danego miejsca (3, 4 5 6, 7) jest równa ilości otworów przelotowych (8) w drugim rzędzie tego samego miejsca (3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
