Abstract
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest element rozprężny do blokowania gwoździa śródszpikowego w jamie szpikowej, wykonany z materiału biowchłanialnego, mający zasadniczo kształt dwóch ściętych stożków (A, B) złączonych podstawami (2), przy czym przez całą długość elementu rozprężnego, w osi wzdłużnej (7) elementu rozprężnego, stanowiącej jednocześnie wspólną oś obu połączonych ściętych stożków (A, B), przebiega przelotowy gwintowany otwór (4), zaś na powierzchni zewnętrznej każdego stożka znajdują się wybrania (1), a pomiędzy nimi znajdują się żebra, przy czym dno (3) każdego wybrania (1) jest zaokrąglone. Element rozprężny charakteryzuje się tym, że ścięty stożek dalszy (A) ma kąt rozwarcia stożka w zakresie 40°-60°, zaś stożek bliższy (B) ma kąt rozwarcia stożka w zakresie 15°-25°.The subject of the utility model is an expanding element for locking the intramedullary nail in the medullary cavity, made of a bioabsorbable material, basically in the shape of two truncated cones (A, B) joined by bases (2), with the entire length of the expanding element in the longitudinal axis (7) of the expanding element, which is also the common axis of both connected truncated cones (A, B), there is a through threaded hole (4), and on the outer surface of each cone there are recesses (1), and there are ribs between them, and the bottom (3 ) of each recess (1) is rounded. The expanding element is characterized in that the truncated distal cone (A) has a cone angle in the range of 40°-60°, and the proximal cone (B) has a cone angle in the range of 15°-25°.
