Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac ksztaltownika, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Ksztaltownik stosowany jest jako element konstrukcyjny przy budowie ekspozycji wystawien- niczych w sklepach oraz podczas podczas targów i wystaw. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony•na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l i fig.2 przedstawia ksztaltownik w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z przodu, a fig.3 i fig.4 przedstawia nastepny ksztaltownik w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, z góry i z przodu. Ksztaltownik wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi polaczenie ksztaltownika zamknietego i czterechceowników, przy czym ksztaltownik zamkniety ma w plaszczyznie poprzecznej zarys dwunastoboku, symetrycznego wzgledem osi pionowej i osi poziomej. Wewnatrz ksztaltownika zamkniete- go znajduja sie cztery wystepy, z których kazdy ma zarys li- tery "T" i biegnie od naroza pomiedzy krótkimi bokami dwunas- toboku przez cala dlugosc ksztaltownika. Kazdy z ceowników przylega do dluzszego boku ksztaltownika zamknietego. Nastepny ksztaltownik, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi polaczenie ksztaltownika zamknietego i czterech ceow- ników, przy czym ksztaltownik zamkniety ma_ w plaszczyznie po- przecznej zarys dwunastoboku, symetrycznego wzgledem osi pio- nowej i osi poziomej, zas kazdy z ceowników przylega do dluz- szego boku ksztaltownika zamknietego. The essence of the design is a new form of the shape, manifested in the shape.
