Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pojemnik (1) zabezpieczony przed manipulacją zawierający korpus (2) podobny do pudełka, mający dno i ściankę boczną (4), która ma górną krawędź (5) ograniczającą otwór; pokrywkę (6) mającą kołnierz obwodowy (8) ukształtowany tak, że można go wkładać przez nacisk do wewnątrz górnej krawędzi (5) aby utworzyć zamknięcie pojemnika (1); zawias (9) zawierający pierwsze skrzydełko (10) połączone z częścią kołnierza obwodowego (8) i drugie skrzydełko połączone z częścią górnej krawędzi (5). W szczególności zawias (9) ma łamliwą część (12) umieszczoną pomiędzy pierwszym skrzydełkiem (10), a drugim skrzydełkiem, od których można ją oddzielić, i rozciągającą się na części długości zawiasu (9). Ponadto górna krawędź (5) ma stopień rozciągający się do góry i część zabezpieczającą rozciągającą się na całej długości drugiego skrzydełka i wystającą w kierunku pierwszego skrzydełka (10), tak, że tworzy kołnierz obwodowy (8) niedostępny z zewnątrz pojemnika (1) gdy pojemnik (1) jest zamknięty.
