Koncentrator promieniowania słonecznego o wysokiej efektywności wytwarzania energii elektrycznej posiada stelaż (1) w kształcie parabolicznej rynny, która od wewnątrz ma zamocowane paraboliczne zwierciadło (3) oraz zamocowane do całej jego powierzchni lustrzanej przezroczystą warstwę ogniw fotowoltaicznych (4). Naprzeciwko parabolicznego zwierciadła (3) umieszczony jest na ramionach wsporczych (6) absorber (7) promieniowania słonecznego usytuowany w ognisku parabolicznego zwierciadła.
