Abstract
Mechanizm wózka z funkcją spania składa się z sześciu belek: dolnej poziomej belki prowadzącej, belki środkowej i belki górnej oraz trzech belek łączących - jednej belki długiej przedniej i dwóch belek tylnych - belki tylnej dolnej oraz belki tylnej górnej, przy czym dolna pozioma belka prowadząca jest belką o profilu co najmniej trójściennym, a do przedniej części dolnej poziomej belki prowadzącej przymocowana jest nóżka prowadząca z kółkiem oraz płaski element mocowania elementów czołowych kanapy. Mechanizm charakteryzuje się tym, że nóżka prowadząca (6) połączona jest z dolną poziomą belką prowadząca (1) w sposób rozłączny, a dolna pozioma belka prowadząca (1) od strony nóżki prowadzącej (6) zbudowana jest z dwóch profili co najmniej dwuściennych, korzystnie czterościennych zamkniętych, przy czym profil wewnętrzny (1a) dolnej poziomej belki prowadzącej (1) zamocowany jest przesuwnie we wnętrzu profilu zewnętrznego (1b) dolnej poziomej belki prowadzącej, a oba profile dolnej poziomej belki prowadzącej (1) posiadają szereg otworów (1d) oraz blokadę położenia.
