Schody strychowe zbudowane ze skrzynki (1), klapy zamykającej oraz drabiny (3), przy czym drabina (3) zawieszona jest pośrednio albo bezpośrednio w skrzynce (1) poprzez co najmniej jeden płaskownik (51, 52) oraz schody strychowe posiadają tuleję ślizgową górną (13) dla trzpienia (14) zamocowanego w bazie (11) osadzonej na ścianie wewnętrznej skrzynki (1) schodów strychowych przy czym na tulei ślizgowej górnej (13) zawieszony jest koniec płaskownika (51).
