Abstract

Przedmiot zgłoszenia dotyczy prefabrykowanego, samonośnego, elementu przestrzennego z betonu zbrojonego, głównie dla budynków mieszkalnych i biurowych oraz domków letniskowych, ale z którego mogą być budowane np. garaże, zadaszone tarasy, konstrukcje magazynowe i inne pojedyncze lub nawet konstrukcje wielokondygnacyjne. Prefabrykowany element przestrzenny z betonu zbrojonego posiadający płytę podstawy, samonośne panele boczne i łączące je elementy łączące, szczeliny utworzone na elementy łączące oraz otwory na drzwi i okna budynku charakteryzuje się tym, że element przestrzenny jest zamkniętym elementem modułowym (1), który ma ściankę boczną (2), element dachowy (3) i płytę podstawy (4) połączone ze sobą, poszczególne elementy modułowe (1) są połączone ze sobą pionowo za pomocą elementów połączenia śrubowego, a poziomo za pomocą stalowych kołków zbrojeniowych osadzonych w rurze z tworzywa sztucznego, jedna ścianka końcowa (2a) elementu modułowego (1) jest z litego materiału wykonanego z własnego materiału, a przeciwległa ścianka końcowa (2b) jest przeźroczysta, korzystnie wykonana ze szkła, a elementy modułowe (1) są umieszczone na połączonych ze sobą prefabrykowanych płytach podstawy.
