Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy budowy zsuwni przesypowej, stosowanej szczególnie w ciągu przenośników taśmowych w górnictwie. Zsuwnia przesypowa (1) ma segment wlotowy (2) w postaci wklęsłej niecki i od strony napędu przenośnika podającego ma poziomą, poprzeczną listwę ze zgarniakiem, a z drugiego końca ma kołnierz w postaci wycinka pierścienia kołowego, do którego mocowane są kołnierzem segmenty trasy (3). Po obu bokach segment wlotowy (2) ma współosiowe do siebie poziome sworznie (2.8) równoległe do poprzecznej listwy, które osadzone są rozłącznie w poziomych otworach (4.1, 4.2) płytkowych wsporników (4) mocowanych kątową listwą (4.3) do czoła korpusu przenośnika podającego. Do mocowania służą gniazda (5) wyposażone w śruby (5.4). Do ostatniego kołnierza (3.3) segmentowej trasy (3) przyłączony jest segment wysypowy (6) z wklęsłą ścianką stożkową (6.2).
