Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest uchwyt montażowy do mocowania paneli fotowoltaicznych do konstrukcji nośnych, który składa się z dwóch współpracujących ze sobą elementów: dolnego i górnego. Dolny element ma na dwóch przeciwstawnych, węższych bokach równomiernie rozmieszczone, skierowane pod kątem ostrym ku dołowi, na zewnątrz zęby. Górny element (2) uchwytu montażowego ma na dwóch węższych, wewnętrznych, przeciwstawnych ściankach wybrania tworzące w przekroju poprzecznym zęby skierowane ku górze. Górny element (2) na szczycie jest zakończony okrągłym grzybkiem, który od spodniej strony posiada wyżłobione, poprzeczne rowki. Dolny element (3) uchwytu posiada w dwóch szerszych bokach wpust na nakrętkę montażową i otwór blokujący nakrętkę montażową, a otwór na śrubę montażową jest usytuowany centralnie w podstawie elementu dolnego. Dolny element (3) uchwytu montażowego posiada umieszczone na szerszych bokach symetrycznie względem osi wzdłużnej prostokątne pionowe otwory.
