Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest spinka do dachówki posiadająca kształt litery V, składająca się z dwóch ramion zakończonych zagięciami w kształcie haków, wykonana z drutu o przekroju okrągłym, charakteryzująca się tym, że zbudowana jest z jednego ramienia (4) skierowanego przy montowaniu w kierunku łaty dachówki, a także drugiego ramienia (3) skierowanego przy montowaniu w kierunku boku dachówki, przy czym ramię (3) ma długość 95 mm, a ramię (4) ma długość 85 mm, jednocześnie przy czym oba ramiona (3, 4) zakończone są hakami (1, 2), a hak (1) wyprofilowany ukośnie z zaokrąglonym zakończeniem umiejscowiony jest na ramieniu (3), a hak (2) z zagięciem owalnym umiejscowiony jest na ramieniu (4).
