Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kocioł grzewczy na paliwa stałe, zwłaszcza biopaliwa stale w postaci peletów, posiadający stalowy korpus z drzwiczkami korzystnie izolowane termicznie, a w nim przynajmniej: palnik wraz ze sterowaniem oraz zasobnik paliwa stałego z automatycznym podajnikiem paliwa stałego, zwłaszcza biopaliwa w postaci peletu o średnicy od 6 mm do 8 mm, palenisko w postaci komory spalania, wymiennik ciepła z trójciągowym układem płomieniówek, charakteryzujący się tym, że w komorze wymiennika (7) ma kanał spalinowy/ciąg I (16) zlokalizowany nad paleniskiem (6), a w nim turbolizatory (zawirowywacze) (15) spalin zlokalizowane w układzie płomieniówek (13), ma kanał spalinowy/ciąg II (16) zlokalizowany za kanałem spalinowym/ciągiem I (16) i pomiędzy komorami nawrotnymi (14), a w nim turbolizatory (zawirowywacze) (15) spalin zlokalizowane w układzie płomieniówek (13) i ma ostatni kanał spalinowy/ciąg III (17), zlokalizowany z tyłu za paleniskiem (6), i przy tym wyszczególnione wcześniej kanały spalinowe/ciągi I, II (16) i III (17) połączone są komorami nawrotnymi (14), i przy tym ostatni kanał spalinowy/ciąg III (17) połączony jest z czopuchem (8) korzystnie wyprowadzonym z tyłu kotła, łączącym ostatni kanał spalinowy/ciąg III (17) z kominem, i przy tym w kanale spalinowym/ciągu III (17) zabudowane są elementy w postaci izolatora ceramicznego (21), przytwierdzonego centralnie nad ostatnim kanałem spalinowym/ciągiem III (17) do klapy wyczystnej (5) kotła, zlokalizowanej w tylnej, górnej części kotła i osłaniającego, przynajmniej częściowo, osadzoną w nim centrycznie elektrodę ulotową (18), w postaci drutu (10) ze stali szlachetnej z zaostrzonymi końcami i jednocześnie osadzoną też centralnie w obudowie (23) ze stali szlachetnej pionowego kanału spalinowego/ciągu III (17) i jednocześnie połączoną izolowanym przewodem zasilającym z generatorem, który wytwarza napięcie o wartości 17 kV do 19 kV i przy tym w pobliżu elektrody ulotowej (18) i pionowego kanału spalinowego/ciągu III (17) z jego obudową (23) ze stali szlachetnej, jest element oczyszczający, w postaci fali uderzeniowej, to jest fali akustycznej generowanej przez zbiornik ze sprężonym powietrzem, zaopatrzony w elektrozawór i zlokalizowany w pobliżu oczyszczanych elementów, tj. elektrody ulotowej (18) i pionowego kanału spalinowego/ciągu III (17) z jego obudową (23) ze stali szlachetnej.
