Abstract
Bęben (1) mieszalnika (2) betonomieszarki samochodowej o pojemności 12 m<sup>3</sup> wykonany ze stali o dużej wytrzymałości na ścieranie, składający się z sześciu podzespołów (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) w kształcie wydrążonych brył obrotowych ułożonych kolejno oraz połączonych ze sobą swymi pierścieniowymi czołami, współosiowo i nierozłącznie, a ponadto pierwszy podzespół (3) jest dnem bębna (1), zaś pozostałe podzespoły (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) stanowią segmenty bębna (1) mieszalnika (2). Kąt nachylenia tworzącej stożka mierzony względem osi obrotu bębna (1) zawiera się w przedziale od 12° do 13° dla podzespołu drugiego (4), od 4,5° do 5,5° dla podzespołu czwartego (6), od 16° do 17° dla podzespołu piątego (7) i od 17° do 18° dla podzespołu szóstego (8). Stosunek długości (b, c, d, e, f) poszczególnych podzespołów (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) stanowiących segmenty bębna (1) do pierwszej długości (a) całego bębna (1) zawiera się w przedziale od 0,22 do 0,24 dla drugiego i trzeciego podzespołu (4, 5), od 0,16 do 0,18 dla czwartego i piątego podzespołu (6, 7), oraz od 0,15 do 0,17 dla szóstego podzespołu (8).
