Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nakrętka z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym, w szczególności dla butelek lub pojemników do napoi. Nakrętka (1) z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2), posiadająca pasek (3) wyznaczony zrywanym osłabieniem materiału z łamliwymi mostkami (3a) pomiędzy nakrętką (1) z zewnętrzną częścią karbowaną i z wewnętrznym gwintem (1b), a pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2), ma wypustkę (4) w linii osłabienia I (5) dochodzącej obwodowo do boków (4a) wypustki (4). Wypustka (4) ma przyłączone paski (6) łączące nakrętkę (1) z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2), przy czym pierwsza krawędź (6a) pasków (6) wyznaczona jest linią osłabienia I (5) zaś druga krawędź (6b) pasków (6) i krawędź długa (4b) wypustki (4) wyznaczone są linią osłabienia II (7) na części obwodu. Wypustka (4) nakrętki (1) wchodzi obrysem w materiał pierścienia gwarancyjnego (2). Nakrętka (1) z pierścieniem gwarancyjnym (2) charakteryzuje się tym, że ma końce (5a) linii osłabienia I (5) dochodzące obwodowo do boków wypustki są skierowane ku górze oraz końce (7a) linii osłabienia II (7) na części obwodu są skierowane ku dołowi.The subject of the application is a cap with a guarantee ring, in particular for bottles or beverage containers. The nut (1) with a guarantee ring (2), having a strip (3) marked with a broken material weakening with breakable bridges (3a) between the nut (1) with an external corrugated part and with an internal thread (1b) and the guarantee ring (2), has a tab (4) in the line of weakness I (5) extending circumferentially to the sides (4a) of the tab (4). Tab (4) has attached straps (6) connecting the nut (1) with the guarantee ring (2), where the first edge (6a) of the straps (6) is marked with the line of weakness I (5) and the second edge (6b) of the straps (6 ) and the long edge (4b) of the tab (4) are defined by the line of weakness II (7) on a part of the circumference. The protrusion (4) of the nut (1) is contoured into the material of the guarantee ring (2). The nut (1) with the guarantee ring (2) has the ends (5a) of the weakening line I (5) reaching circumferentially to the sides of the tab, and the ends (7a) of the weakening line II (7) on a part of the circumference are directed downwards.
