Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pióro zadaszenia konstrukcji ogrodowej zwłaszcza pergoli, tarasów, domków ogrodowych czy carportów. Pióro (1) zadaszenia konstrukcji ogrodowej w przekroju poprzecznym w części środkowej (2) ma kształt sinusoidalny, który przechodzi w ściany boczne (3) równoległe do siebie, zaś wychodzące ze ścian bocznych (3) końce (4) odchodzą na bok w tym samym kierunku. W górnej (2a) części środkowej (2) sinusoidy znajduje się kanał śrubowy (5) służący jako oś obrotu (5a), oraz gniazdo śrubowe (6) do mocowania wodzika. Kanał śrubowy (5) oś obrotu dzieli pióro na część wypukłą grzbietową (7) oraz część dolną wklęsłą rynnową (8). Wysokość od osi obrotu (5a) do dna części dolnej wklęsłej rynnowej (8) stanowi od 40% - 50% całej wysokości pióra (1).
