Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw ksztaltowników os cieznicy drzwi przesuwnych, skladajacy sie z dwóch identycznych usytu- owanych w jednej osi podzespolów, z których kazdy sklada sie z ksztal- townika wewnetrznego, na którego sciance (JQ na krawedzi górnej osa- dzono gniazdo osadcze (2) o ksztalcie litery C, którego scianka (3) i (4) tworza jedna krawedz, natomiast drugostronnie scianka (U ma wystep katowy (5), a na sciance (i) na jej powierzchni wewnetrznej (6), (7) i (8) tworza ze scianka (i) prostokat, przy czym na powierzchni zewnetrznej scianki (7) sa dwa gniazda osadcze, (9) w których osadzono przekladki termiczne (10), które lacza ksztaltownik wewnetrzny z ksztaltownikiem zewnetrz nym, majacy na sciance (H ) dwa gniazda osadcze (8} i które- go czesc dolna (12) ma prostokatny przekrój poprzeczny z katowymi wy- stepami (5) przy krawedziach dluzszego boku, natomiast jeden krótszy bok czesci dolne jest jednostronnie przedluzony scianka, (13) na któ-rej osadzono gniazdo osadcze, (2) które ze scianka (14) i (15) tworza powierz chnie zamknieta, a pomiedzy gniazdami osadczymi osadzono ksztaltownik korytkowy(16), na którego mniejszej podstawie sa dwa wy- pusty £17). W gniazdach osadczych (8) osadzono zatyczki (18) o po- przecznym prze kroju o ksztalcie grzybka. An essential feature of the industrial design is a set of profiles for the sliding door frame axis, consisting of two identical subassemblies located in one axis, each of which consists of an internal profile, on the wall (JQ) of which a C-shaped mounting socket (2) is mounted on the upper edge, the walls (3) and (4) of which form one edge, while on the other side the wall (U) has an angular projection (5), and on the wall (i) on its internal surface (6), (7) and (8) form a rectangle with the wall (i), while on the external surface of the wall (7) there are two mounting sockets (9) in which thermal breaks (10) are mounted, which connect the internal profile with the external profile, having on The wall (H) has two mounting sockets (8) and the lower part (12) of which has a rectangular cross-section with angular projections (5) at the edges of the longer side, while one shorter side of the lower part is extended on one side by a wall (13) on which a mounting socket (2) is mounted, which together with the walls (14) and (15) form a closed surface, and between the mounting sockets a channel profile (16) is mounted, on the smaller base of which there are two projections (17). In the mounting sockets (8) are mounted plugs (18) with a mushroom-shaped cross-section.
