Abstract

Wciskany dwukanałowy profil jest nośnikiem elementu uszczelniającego i ma zastosowanie tam, gdzie występuje potrzeba uszczelnienia elementów stałych z obrotowymi bądź suwliwymi. W tym przypadku elementem uszczelniającym jest szczota wsuwana w kanały teowe (4), natomiast profil, który jest monolitycznym, elastycznym i symetrycznym elementem (1) mocowany jest przez kanał montażowy (2) i zaciskany zaciskiem (3) na korpusie. Charakteryzuje się tym, że jest elementem, który daje się kształtować na łuku podczas montażu. Cały wciskany dwukanałowy profil wygląda jak odwrócona litera „T”, gdzie w nóżce litery „T” jest kanał montażowy (2) z zaciskiem (3) pochylonym do wewnątrz kanału (2), natomiast po przeciwległej stronie, daszku litery „T” znajdują się dwa kanały teowe (4), w które wsuwane są szczotki uszczelniające, przedzielone przegrodą (5), tworząc jednolity profil montażowy.
