Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest samodomykacz krawędziowy drzwi przesuwnych, mający podłużny korpus (1), w którego jednej części zamocowana jest sprężyna (3) oraz równoległy względem niej amortyzator (2). W drugiej części korpusu (1) jest wodzik (6) z wypustami ustalającymi, sprzężony ze sprężyną (3), poruszający się wewnątrz drugiej części korpusu (1). Samodomykacz charakteryzuje się tym, że zakres ruchu wodzika (6) ograniczony jest przez szczeliny prowadzące (10) korpusu (1), a ponadto wodzik (6) ma przynajmniej jeden wypust ustalający oraz zatrzask (14).
