Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest szpachla aluminiowa do nakładania gładzi, składająca się z uchwytu w postaci wzdłużnego profilu, osadzonego na podstawie (2) o zwężonych ścianach bocznych i wzdłużnej części roboczej z usytuowanym w niej gniazdem narzędziowym w postaci otwartej szczeliny i z osadzonym w niej ostrzem ze stali nierdzewnej, charakteryzuje się tym, że część robocza o kształcie wypukłego profilu o trójkątopodobnym kształcie formującym wzdłużny kanał, pomiędzy uchwytem a częścią roboczą, ma usytuowany w gnieździe narzędziowym (4) zaczep dolny (7) na dolnej powierzchni szczeliny i zaczep górny (8) na górnej powierzchni szczeliny w postaci uskoków biegnących wzdłuż całej długości szczeliny.
