Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompensator kołnierzowy, składający się z dwóch kołnierzy przyłączeniowych, z których każdy stanowi element styczny z końcem odcinka osłonowej rury rurociągu i każdy na swym obwodzie zawiera otwory przelotowe pod śruby i składa się z umieszczonego między tymi kołnierzami gumowego mieszka, wzmocnionego/zbrojonego splotem kordu (nitki), a mającego kształt cylindryczny i posiadającego w swej środkowej części co najmniej jedno obwodowe lekkie uwypuklenie (garb) oraz posiadającego oba końce wywinięte na zewnętrzne części kołnierzy przyłączeniowych, stanowiąc powierzchnie przylegające do elementów złącznych rurociągu tak, że oba wywinięcia mają kształt obwodowej fałdy (wargi), której zewnętrzne powierzchnie stanowią przylgi, a we wnętrzu każdej przylgi znajduje się pierścieniowy rowek utworzony w warstwie kordu, w którym zatopiony jest dodatkowy element wzmacniający w postaci stalowej linki, stanowiącej pierścień. Cechą charakterystyczną kompensatora jest to, że jego kołnierze przyłączeniowe (1) wykonane są z tworzywa sztucznego, a ponadto dodatkowo w tymże tworzywie sztucznym jest zatopiona stalowa wkładka wzmacniająca (2), stanowiąca zbrojenie stalowe.The subject of the application is a flange compensator consisting of two connecting flanges, each of which constitutes an element in contact with the end of a section of the casing pipe of the pipeline and each of which has through holes for screws on its circumference and consists of a rubber bellows placed between these flanges, reinforced/reinforced with a cord (thread) weave, having a cylindrical shape and having at least one circumferential slight protrusion (hump) in its central part and having both ends turned over onto the external parts of the connecting flanges, constituting surfaces adjacent to the connecting elements of the pipeline so that both protrusions have the shape of a circumferential fold (lip), the external surfaces of which constitute the flange faces, and inside each flange face there is an annular groove formed in the cord layer, in which an additional reinforcing element in the form of a steel cable constituting a ring is embedded. A characteristic feature of the compensator is that its connecting flanges (1) are made of plastic, and additionally a steel reinforcing insert (2), which constitutes steel reinforcement, is embedded in the same plastic.
