Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiona na rysunku konstrukcja składana zabawkowego pistoletu, która posiada konstrukcję główną zawierającą sekcję korpusu pistoletu, sekcję osłony zamontowaną obrotowo na jednej stronie sekcji korpusu pistoletu, część lufy pistoletu umieszczoną ruchomo we wnętrzu sekcji korpusu pistoletu i sekcji osłony, moduł otworu wewnętrznego umieszczony na końcu części lufy pistoletu, element elastyczny osadzony na części lufy pistoletu, zatrzask otworu obrotowo zamontowany wewnątrz sekcji osłony, zatrzask ładowania pocisku obrotowo zamontowany wewnątrz sekcji korpusu pistoletu i współdziałający roboczo z magazynkiem, człon napędzający otwór rozmieszczony na przednim końcu modułu otworu wewnętrznego, uchwyt napędzający do popychania członu napędzającego otwór oraz uchwyt ustalający do mocowania sekcji osłony.
