Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do termicznego cięcia styropianu na płyty o dowolnych wymiarach, wyposażone w element tnący w postaci stalowego drutu oporowego, zbudowane z blatu roboczego (1), do którego zamocowane są prowadnice (2), w których osadzona jest rama tnąca (3), która utworzona jest z dwóch ramion bocznych (3a, 3b), którymi rama tnąca (3) zamocowana jest do prowadnic (2) oraz łączącego je ramienia poprzecznego (3c), przy czym w ramie tnącej (3) zamocowany jest tnący drut oporowy (5), który rozciągnięty jest pomiędzy ramionami bocznymi (3a, 3b), pomiędzy ich końcami przeciwległymi do ich końców, które połączone są ramieniem poprzecznym (3c), które charakteryzuje się tym, że przy jednym końcu, rozciągnięty pomiędzy ramionami bocznymi (3a, 3b), tnący drut oporowy (5) przełożony jest przez, obrotowo zamocowany we wnętrzu ramienia bocznego (3a) ramy tnącej (3), krążek (6), który wyposażony jest w bieżnię tnącego drutu oporowego (5), który prowadzony dalej za tym krążkiem, we wnętrzu ramienia bocznego (3a), końcem zamocowany jest do naprężającej go sprężyny naciągowej, która swoim drugim końcem zamocowana jest do ramienia bocznego (3a), przy czym drugi przeciwległy koniec tnącego drutu oporowego (5) zakończony jest pętlą, która nałożona jest na języczek, który umiejscowiony jest w wycięciu utworzonym w ramieniu bocznym (3b).
