Abstract

Ujawniony jest zespół (1) klemy końcowej do montażu paneli fotowoltaicznych, nadający się do zamocowania w górnej części profilu wsporczego instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Zespół (1) klemy końcowej zawiera klemę końcową (2) posiadającą pionowe ramię górne (21) z poziomym daszkiem (22), stopę (23) klemy oraz pionowe ramię dolne (24). W stopie (23) klemy umieszczona jest śruba montażowa (3) o łbie czterokątnym (31), która swym wolnym końcem osadzana jest w profilu wsporczym instalacji fotowoltaicznej. W stanie zamontowania w instalacji fotowoltaicznej, w położeniu powyżej górnej powierzchni profilu wsporczego zespół (1) klemy końcowej wyposażony jest w górną podkładkę (5) oraz sprężynę śrubową (4), w której prowadzona jest śruba montażowa (3). W położeniu poniżej górnej powierzchni profilu wsporczego zespół (1) klemy końcowej posiada pierwszą dolną podkładkę (6) oraz drugą dolną podkładkę (7), gdzie średnica zewnętrzna pierwszej dolnej podkładki (6) jest większa niż średnica zewnętrzna drugiej dolnej podkładki (7). Poniżej drugiej dolnej podkładki (7) śruba montażowa (3) zabezpieczona jest nakrętką (8).An end clamp assembly (1) for mounting photovoltaic panels is disclosed, suitable for mounting to the upper part of a support profile of a photovoltaic installation. The end clamp assembly (1) comprises an end clamp (2) having a vertical upper arm (21) with a horizontal roof (22), a clamp foot (23), and a vertical lower arm (24). A mounting screw (3) with a square head (31) is disposed in the clamp foot (23), the free end of which is mounted in the support profile of the photovoltaic installation. When mounted in the photovoltaic installation, in a position above the upper surface of the support profile, the end clamp assembly (1) is provided with an upper washer (5) and a helical spring (4) in which the mounting screw (3) is guided. At a position below the upper surface of the support profile, the end clamp assembly (1) has a first lower washer (6) and a second lower washer (7), where the outer diameter of the first lower washer (6) is greater than the outer diameter of the second lower washer (7). Below the second lower washer (7), the mounting bolt (3) is secured by a nut (8).
