Abstract
Urządzenie do sprawdzania działania mechanizmów zapalników charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera podstawę (1) posiadającą uchwyty (2), do których jednej strony poprzez ramiona mimośrodowe (3) zamocowana jest dźwignia uruchamiająca (4), w części środkowej zamocowana jest dźwignia kątowa (5), a z drugiej strony osłona przeciwodłamkowa (6) z tuleją na mechanizm zapalnika (7). Na końcu ramienia krótszego dźwigni kątowej (5) zamocowana jest dźwignia blokująca (8) oraz organ roboczy (9) zawierający głowicę tnącą (10) oraz tulejkę z otworem gwintowanym (11) i śrubą skrzydełkową (12). Natomiast na końcu ramienia dłuższego dźwigni kątowej (5) poprzez ucho (13) i zawiesie jednocięgnowe (14) zamocowany jest odważnik (15), a do końca dźwigni uruchamiającej (4) i końca dźwigni blokującej (8), poprzez zawiesie dwucięgnowe (16), zamocowana jest lina spustowa (17). Dźwignia uruchamiająca (4) połączona jest z ramieniem dłuższym dźwigni kątowej (5) za pomocą sworznia pierwszego (18) oraz zawiera sworzeń drugi (19), natomiast dźwignia blokująca (8) posiada otwory szczelinowe (20).A device for checking the operation of fuse mechanisms is characterized in that it comprises a base (1) having handles (2), to one side of which an actuating lever (4) is attached via eccentric arms (3), an angle lever (5) is attached in the central part, and on the other side an anti-fragmentation shield (6) with a sleeve for the fuse mechanism (7). At the end of the shorter arm of the angle lever (5) is attached a locking lever (8) and an operating member (9) containing a cutting head (10) and a sleeve with a threaded hole (11) and a wing screw (12). At the end of the longer arm of the angle lever (5), a weight (15) is attached via an eye (13) and a single-leg sling (14), and a trigger rope (17) is attached to the end of the actuating lever (4) and the end of the locking lever (8) via a double-leg sling (16). The actuating lever (4) is connected to the longer arm of the angle lever (5) by means of the first pin (18) and includes the second pin (19), while the locking lever (8) has slotted holes (20).
