Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie mobilne do odzyskiwania frakcji metali żelaznych i nieżelaznych z odpadów komunalnych. Urządzenie mobilne posiada ramę nośną (1) z zamocowanym do niej od góry podajnikiem wibracyjnym (2), którego dolny koniec znajduje się nad bębnowym separatorem magnetycznym (6), pod którym zamocowana jest zsypnia metali żelaznych (13) i przenośnik taśmowy (8) z bębnem zwrotnym (7) umieszczonym poniżej bębnowego separatora magnetycznego (6) i bębnem napędowym, który stanowi bębnowy separator wiroprądowy (9) i jest usytuowany przy zsypni metali nieżelaznych (14) i zsypni frakcji niemetalicznych (15). Pomiędzy bębnowym separatorem magnetycznym (6) a bębnem zwrotnym (7) przenośnika taśmowego (8) znajduje się płytowa zsuwnia (10) usytuowana ukośnie do powierzchni górnego pasa (11) przenośnika taśmowego (8), natomiast od spodu przenośnika transportowego (8) pod bębnem zwrotnym (7) znajduje się szczotkowa rolka czyszcząca (7').
