Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy budowy bloku zaworowego, zwłaszcza dla stojaka hydraulicznego, stosowanego w górnictwie podziemnym. Blok zaworowy ma prostopadłościenny korpus (1), w którym wykonane są trzy wielostopniowe gniazda (2, 6, 12), w których osadzone są: pierwszy zawór zwrotny sterowany (3), drugi zawór zwrotny sterowany (7) i zawór progowy (13). Trzecie gniazdo (12) połączone jest kanałem (15) z otworem (16), w którym osadzony jest wlotowy zawór zwrotny z filtrem (17) przyłączony do magistrali ciśnieniowej (Pc). Drugie gniazdo (6) połączone jest wewnętrznym kanałem (10) przez wkład (11) miernika ciśnienia (M) z przyłączem (10.3) komory nadtłokowej (Kn) stojaka (9) hydraulicznego. Osie wzdłużne (O1, O5) pierwszego i drugiego gniazda (2, 6) są względem siebie równoległe, a równoległe względem siebie osie wzdłużne (O6, O7) trzeciego gniazda (12) i otworu (16) są prostopadłe do osi wzdłużnych (O1, O5). Jednocześnie oś wzdłużna (O) wkładu (11) miernika ciśnienia (M) jest równoległa względem osi wzdłużnej (O1) pierwszego gniazda (2).The application concerns the construction of a valve block, particularly for a hydraulic prop used in underground mining. The valve block has a rectangular body (1) in which three multi-stage sockets (2, 6, 12) are made, in which the following are mounted: a first controlled check valve (3), a second controlled check valve (7), and a threshold valve (13). The third socket (12) is connected by a channel (15) to an opening (16) in which an inlet check valve with a filter (17) is mounted, connected to the pressure main (Pc). The second socket (6) is connected by an internal channel (10) through the insert (11) of the pressure gauge (M) to the port (10.3) of the over-piston chamber (Kn) of the hydraulic prop (9). The longitudinal axes (O1, O5) of the first and second seats (2, 6) are parallel to each other, and the longitudinal axes (O6, O7) of the third seat (12) and the opening (16) which are parallel to each other are perpendicular to the longitudinal axes (O1, O5). At the same time, the longitudinal axis (O) of the insert (11) of the pressure gauge (M) is parallel to the longitudinal axis (O1) of the first seat (2).
