Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płytka ortognatyczna do osteotomii korekcyjnej bródki, stosowana w szczególności w zabiegach genioplastyki i feminizacji twarzy. Płytka ortognatyczna do osteotomii korekcyjnej bródki posiadająca rozchodzące się symetrycznie ramiona (1, 2, 3, 4) z fazowanymi otworami służącymi do blokowania płytki wkrętami, posiadające przewężenia (10) umożliwiające doginanie płytki z podwójnie na przemian prostopadłymi przegięciami (7) w środkowej części, przy czym ramiona (1, 2, 3, 4) połączone są mostkami, charakteryzuje się tym, że otwory usytuowane najbliżej symetrycznej płaszczyzny (5) są otworami podłużnymi kompresyjnymi (6), posiadającymi fazę, która jest przesunięta o wartość (L) w kierunku do wewnątrz płaszczyzny symetrii (5). Środkowa część płytki posiada przelotowy rowek (8), a na obu zewnętrznych krawędziach środkowej części płytki usytuowane są nacięcia (9) W płytce ortognatycznej część płaska, pomiędzy prostopadłymi przegięciami (7), usytuowana jest w połowie wysokości płytki, przy czym część płaska wraz z prostopadłymi przegięciami (7) rozciąga się na odległość (A).
