Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dystrakcyjna płytka do stabilizacji złamań kości promieniowej. Płytka dystrakcyjna do stabilizacji złamań kości promieniowej o anatomicznie dostosowanym kształcie do krzywizn kości wyposażona w niegwintowany otwór podłużny (5) oraz gwintowane otwory (4), przez które śrubowe elementy doprowadza się do sprzęgnięcia z kością celem zakotwienia, przy czym część środkowa wygięta jest promieniem (R2) pod kątem, względem części bliższej oraz pod kątem â, względem części dalszej, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada boczne łączniki (2) łączące część środkową z częścią dalszą. Płytka dystrakcyjna posiada podcięcie (3) w wygiętej części środkowej, a w bliższej części, od jej wewnętrznej strony, podcięcia, przy czym część bliższa zakończona jest ścięciem (7). W płytce dystrakcyjnej niegwintowany otwór (5) posiada, po obu stronach, powierzchnie kątowe.The subject of the application is a distraction plate for stabilizing radial bone fractures. The distraction plate for stabilizing radial bone fractures has an anatomically adapted shape to bone curvatures, is equipped with an unthreaded elongated hole (5) and threaded holes (4) through which screw elements are brought into engagement with the bone for anchorage, wherein the central part is bent at a radius (R2) at an angle relative to the proximal part and at an angle α relative to the distal part, and is characterized in that it has lateral connectors (2) connecting the central part with the distal part. The distraction plate has an undercut (3) in the bent central part, and undercuts in the proximal part, on its inner side, with the proximal part terminating in a chamfer (7). In the distraction plate, the unthreaded hole (5) has angular surfaces on both sides.
