Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kotew linowa, która zawiera gładką wielożyłową linę stalową (1) oraz element oporowy w postaci dwu stopniowego wałka (2). Grubsza jego część stanowi tuleję mocującą (3), zaś część cieńsza gwintowany wałek (4). Tuleja mocująca (3) zaciśnięta jest na końcu wielożyłowej liny stalowej (1) w czterech obszarach (5.1 do 5.4), które oddzielone są od siebie poprzecznymi karbami (8.1 do 8.4), przy czym w obszarach (5.1 do 5.4) promieniowo w głąb ściany bocznej utworzonych jest osiem podłużnych wgłębień (6) — usytuowanych równolegle do osi podłużnej tulei mocującej (3) - oddzielonych od siebie grzbietami (7). Dolna część każdego wgłębienia (6) dociśnięta jest do powierzchni liny (1). Średnica zewnętrzna tulei mocującej (3) między przeciwległymi dolnymi powierzchniami wgłębień (6) wynosi od 0,88 do 0,86 jej zewnętrznej średnicy początkowej, zaś szerokość obszaru pierwszego wynosi około 0,9 do 0,12 głębokości gniazda tulei mocującej (3), a szerokości obszarów: drugiego, trzeciego i czwartego wynoszą od 0,20 do 0,23 głębokości gniazda tulei mocującej (3).
