Abstract
Urządzenie do wytwarzania tarczy aerozolowej w warunkach próżniowych składające się z komory nebulizacyjnej (2), na dnie której umieszczono przetwornik piezoelektryczny (4). Charakterystyczną cechą tego urządzenia — generatora areozolu — jest to, że ma on postać zwartej bryły, której główną część stanowi korpus (11). Wewnątrz tej bryły znajduje się dodatkowa komora wyrównawcza (16) gotowego koloidu/areozolu, ponadto nad komorą wyrównawczą (16) znajduje się otwór (17) zakończony wymienną dyszą (9), jej otwarcie jest sterowane poprzez elektromagnes (7) za pomocą rdzenia (10), na którym w górnej jego części znajduje się uszczelka odblokowująca (18), a w dolnej element sprężynujący (12). Elementy te w sumie stanowią zawór elektromagnetyczny normalnie zamknięty. Korpus (11) od góry zakończony jest nakładką zaworu (8), która za pomocą śrub poprzez górną część korpusu i uszczelkę jest połączona z korpusem (11), natomiast od dołu jest on zamknięty podstawą. Dodatkowo w podstawie umieszczono gniazda elektryczne (5, 6) do przesyłu sygnałów sterujących odpowiednio przetwornikiem piezoelektrycznym (4) i elektromagnesem (7), a w górnej części korpusu umieszczono złącze gazowe (1).A device for generating an aerosol disc under vacuum conditions, consisting of a nebulization chamber (2), at the bottom of which a piezoelectric transducer (4) is located. A characteristic feature of this device—an aerosol generator—is that it is a compact body, the main part of which is the body (11). Inside this body is an additional equalization chamber (16) for the finished colloid/aerosol. Furthermore, above the equalization chamber (16) is an opening (17) terminated with a replaceable nozzle (9). Its opening is controlled by an electromagnet (7) via a core (10), which has an unblocking seal (18) in its upper part and a spring element (12) in its lower part. These elements together constitute a normally closed solenoid valve. The body (11) is terminated at the top with a valve cap (8), which is connected to the body (11) by screws through the upper part of the body and the seal, while at the bottom it is closed by a base. Additionally, the base contains electrical sockets (5, 6) for transmitting signals controlling the piezoelectric transducer (4) and the electromagnet (7), respectively, and the upper part of the body contains a gas connector (1).
