Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest podajnik małych przedmiotów do znakowania laserowego, zwłaszcza do znakowania narzędzi i drobnych produktów końcowych w branży reklamowej. Konstrukcja urządzenia umożliwia łatwe i szybkie jego przezbrajanie w zależności od rodzaju przedmiotu, który będzie znakowany. Podajnik małych przedmiotów do znakowania laserowego ma formę przenośnika taśmowego (1) z bębnem napędowym (2) i bębnem napędzanym (3) połączonych ze sobą elementem nośnym (4) w postaci dwóch pasów bez końca do poziomego transportu drobnych przedmiotów poddawanych znakowaniu. Podajnik zaopatrzony jest w czujnik obecności przedmiotu na płytce transportowej w momencie, gdy przelotowy otwór płytki transportowej znajdzie się naprzeciw czujnika (5) oraz w pulpit (6) z układem sterowania. The small-item feeder for laser marking is a conveyor belt (1) with a drive drum (2) and a driven drum (3), connected by a carrier element (4) in the form of two endless belts for horizontal transport of small items to be marked. The feeder is equipped with a sensor that detects the presence of an item on the transport plate when the through-hole of the transport plate is aligned with the sensor (5), and a control panel (6). Each transport plate (8) is releasably attached to two belts of the carrier element (4) via a mounting strip, which has vertical offsets on the side of the transport plate (8).
