Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest segment schodowy utworzony z jednego arkusza blachy, zawierający prostokątną płaską stopnicę (1) mającą na powierzchni obszar biegowy (5), w którym wykonane są otwory brzegowe i otwory wewnętrzne (1b) oraz przetłoczenia antypoślizgowe (1c) i przetłoczenia usztywniające (1d), oraz zawierający burty boczne (2) rozciągające się do dołu od krótszych krawędzi stopnicy (1), usytuowane prostopadle względem stopnicy (1) i mające otwory montażowe (2a, 2b), a także przednią podstopnicę (3), która rozciąga się prostopadle od jednej z dłuższych krawędzi stopnicy (1) do dołu, oraz tylną podstopnicę (4) usytuowaną naprzeciwko przedniej podstopnicy (3) i prostopadłą względem stopnicy (1). Tylna podstopnica (4) ma ścianę wewnętrzną (4a) prostopadłą względem stopnicy (1) i rozciągającą się od dłuższej krawędzi stopnicy (1) do góry, nad jej powierzchnię, ścianę zewnętrzną (4b) zagiętą równolegle względem ściany wewnętrznej (4a) i przylegającą do niej, przy czym ściana zewnętrzna (4b) rozciąga się do dołu i kończy poniżej stopnicy (1), ścianę dolną (4c) rozciągającą się od ściany zewnętrznej (4b) równolegle względem stopnicy (1) w kierunku przedniej podstopnicy (3) oraz ścianę końcową (4d) rozciągającą się od ściany dolnej (4c) do góry, równolegle względem ściany zewnętrznej (4b). Przednia podstopnica (3) ma ścianę przednią (3a) prostopadłą względem stopnicy (1) i rozciągającą się od jej dłuższej krawędzi do dołu, ścianę dolną (3b) rozciągającą się od ściany przedniej (3a) równolegle względem stopnicy (1) w kierunku tylnej podstopnicy (4) oraz ścianę końcową (3c) rozciągającą się od ściany dolnej (3b) do góry, równolegle względem ściany przedniej (3a).The subject of the application is a stair segment made of a single sheet of metal, comprising a rectangular flat tread (1) having a running area (5) on its surface, in which there are edge holes and internal holes (1b) as well as anti-slip embossments (1c) and stiffening embossments (1d), and comprising side walls (2) extending downwards from the shorter edges of the tread (1), situated perpendicularly to the tread (1) and having mounting holes (2a, 2b), as well as a front riser (3) extending perpendicularly from one of the longer edges of the tread (1) downwards, and a rear riser (4) situated opposite the front riser (3) and perpendicular to the tread (1). The rear riser (4) has an inner wall (4a) perpendicular to the tread (1) and extending from the long edge of the tread (1) upwards above the surface thereof, an outer wall (4b) bent parallel to the inner wall (4a) and adjacent thereto, the outer wall (4b) extending downwards and terminating below the tread (1), a bottom wall (4c) extending from the outer wall (4b) parallel to the tread (1) towards the front riser (3), and an end wall (4d) extending from the bottom wall (4c) upwards parallel to the outer wall (4b). The front riser (3) has a front wall (3a) perpendicular to the tread (1) and extending from its longer edge downwards, a bottom wall (3b) extending from the front wall (3a) parallel to the tread (1) towards the rear riser (4), and an end wall (3c) extending from the bottom wall (3b) upwards, parallel to the front wall (3a).
