Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest tarnik mający rękojeść (1), płytkę (2) tarnika mającą wypusty trące (3), który charakteryzuje się tym, że rękojeść (1) jest wzdłużnym profilem kształtowym, mającym łukową część chwytową (4), połączoną z pierwszą łukową częścią (5) pośrednią i drugą łukową częścią (6) pośrednią, które połączone są z powierzchnią spodnią (7). Łuk wyznaczający część chwytową (4) określony jest promieniem R1, pierwsza łukowa część (5) pośrednia, opisana jest promieniem R2, druga łukowa część (6) pośrednia opisana jest promieniem R3. Profil rękojeści (1) ma dwa, ramiona osadcze (8), zakończone częścią oporową (9). Pomiędzy ramionami osadczymi (8) jest gniazdo osadcze dla płytki (2) tarnika, ustalonej rozłącznie z użyciem elementów ustalających (12). Płytka (2) tarnika jest wzdłużnym profilem ceowym, którego środnik ma szerokość S1, a ramiona mają wysokość S2, przy czym S1>S2. Pomiędzy pierwszą łukową częścią (5) pośrednią a częścią chwytową (4) jest krawędź zgarniająca (13), przy czym krawędź zgarniająca (13) opisana jest promieniem R4. Ponadto łączenie pomiędzy częścią chwytową (4) a drugą łukową częścią (6) pośrednią określone jest promieniem R5, zaś pierwsza łukowa część (5) pośrednia profilu przechodzi promieniem R6 w przyległe do niej ramię osadcze (8), a druga łukowa część (6) pośrednia profilu przechodzi promieniem R7 w przyległe do niej ramię osadcze (8). Poszczególne promienie krzywizn profilu rękojeści (1) spełniają ogólną nierówność R1>R2>R7>R6>R3>R5>R4.The subject of the application is a rasp having a handle (1), a rasp plate (2) having rubbing projections (3), which is characterized in that the handle (1) is a longitudinal shaped profile having an arcuate gripping portion (4) connected to a first arcuate intermediate portion (5) and a second arcuate intermediate portion (6), which are connected to the bottom surface (7). The arc defining the gripping portion (4) is defined by a radius R1, the first arcuate intermediate portion (5) is described by a radius R2, and the second arcuate intermediate portion (6) is described by a radius R3. The handle profile (1) has two mounting arms (8) terminating in a stop portion (9). Between the mounting arms (8) is a mounting socket for the rasp plate (2), releasably fixed using retaining elements (12). The rasp plate (2) is a longitudinal channel profile whose web has a width S1 and the arms have a height S2, wherein S1>S2. Between the first arcuate intermediate part (5) and the gripping part (4) there is a scraping edge (13), the scraping edge (13) being described by a radius R4. Furthermore, the connection between the gripping part (4) and the second arcuate intermediate part (6) is defined by a radius R5, while the first arcuate intermediate part (5) of the profile passes by a radius R6 into the adjacent mounting arm (8), and the second arcuate intermediate part (6) of the profile passes by a radius R7 into the adjacent mounting arm (8). The individual radii of curvature of the handle profile (1) satisfy the general inequality R1>R2>R7>R6>R3>R5>R4.
