Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przyrząd obróbczy do obróbki na sucho małych detali (3) ze stali nierdzewnej w obniżonych temperaturach. Przyrząd składa się z palety (1) z systemem bazowania (2), na którym zamontowany jest obrabiany detal (3) i systemem bazowania (4), na którym zamontowane są podłączone do instalacji sprężonego powietrza rurki (5). Każda rurka (5) zawiera komorę wirową, zawór zasilający (7), dyszę (8) podającą zimne powietrze na obrabiany detal (3) i zawór regulacyjny (9) gorącego powietrza.
