Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest separator buforowy, który posiada zbiornik (1) na zanieczyszczenia, zamknięty od góry pokrywą (2), przyłącz wlotowy (5) na wąż z ssawką, przyłącz wylotowy (7) do podłączenia węża (8) odkurzacza oraz filtr. Filtr separatora jest filtrem cyklonowym zamontowanym na jego pokrywie (2), przy czym filtr ma korpus (3) zawierający w swojej części zwróconej ku spodowi zbiornika (1) tuleję (4) wystającą do wnętrza zbiornika (1) i zakończoną od strony spodu zbiornika (1) wlotem (11) filtra. Przyłącz wlotowy (5) oraz przyłącz wylotowy (7) są na korpusie (3) separatora. Korpus (3) w swojej części zawierającej przyłącz wlotowy (5) i przyłącz wylotowy (7) jest wystający z pokrywy (2) na zewnątrz zbiornika (1). Przyłącz wlotowy (5) jest z boku korpusu (3) filtra i prowadzi do wnętrza jego tulei (4). Przyłącz wylotowy (7) jest powyżej przyłącza wlotowego (5) nad wlotem (11) tulei (4) i od strony wnętrza zbiornika (1) ma króciec (10), który jest współosiowy z tą tuleją (4) i jest zakończony poniżej przyłącza wlotowego (5). Tuleja (4) jest obwodowo zwężona ku spodowi zbiornika (1). Korpus zbiornika (1) jest osadzony trwale na wózku (12) z kształtowym wybraniem (13), położonym poniżej górnej powierzchni wózka (12) i dopasowanym kształtem (w przekroju pionowym) do kształtu dna korpusu zbiornika (1).
