Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób nawaniania gazu posiadajacy zastosowanie w przemysle gazowniczym.Dotychczas próby nawaniania gazu i zapobiegania wymrazaniu wilgoci prowadzone sa oddzielnie. Nowe rozwiazanie umozliwia wykorzystanie jednej instalacji przeznaczonej do doprowadze¬ nia srodka przeciw wymrozeniu wilgoci oraz eliminuje konicznosc budowy oddzielnej instalacji nawaniajacej. Ulatwia to obsluge stacji redukcyjnej i poprawia warunki BHP.Ponadto rozciencze¬ nie odoranta ulatwia jego dawkowanie.Przyklad . PLThe subject of the invention is a gas odorizing method applicable in the gas industry. Until now, attempts to odorize gas and prevent moisture freezing have been carried out separately. The method of gas odorization is based on the fact that at the reduction and stabilization stations, a separate installation periodically or continuously doses the odorant into the gas pipeline, where it is mixed with the flowing gas. In addition, separate devices dose to the gas pipeline an agent preventing the freezing of moisture. The new solution allows the use of one installation intended for the supply of anti-freeze agent and eliminates the need to build a separate odorizing installation. This facilitates the operation of the reduction station and improves health and safety conditions. Moreover, diluting the odorant facilitates its dosing. Tetrahydrothiophene is mixed with methanol in a ratio of 1: 3, then this solution from a pressure tank equipped with shut-off and safety fittings through a filter, needle regulating valve and sight glass is continuously fed 200 grams of solution per hour to the outer surface of the nozzle outlet cone working ejector supplying air from the atmosphere. The flow of the natural gas mixture containing 12% by volume of air is 3000 m3 per hour. Patent claim A method of gas odorization consisting in introducing odorant into the gas, characterized in that the odorant is diluted in an agent preventing freezing of moisture, and then the odorant solution is introduced to the stabilizing gas on the suction side of the ejector, preferably directly on its working nozzles.
