Abstract

Urządzenie do odbioru opakowań zbudowane z obudowy (1) na podstawie (2) i drzwi (3), cechuje się tym, ze od wewnętrznej strony drzwi (3) zamocowane są: ekran dotykowy (3.1), wrzutnia (6), z czujnikami podczerwieni (11), czytnik kodu kreskowego (7), szczelina drukarki (10), separator kapsli i nakrętek (9), pojemnik na kapsle i nakrętki, uchwyt na drukarkę, a za wrzutnią (6) zamocowany jest podajnik, nad którym jest zgarniacz, a poniżej podajnika zamocowana jest zgniatarka i sortownik, poniżej którego umieszczony jest kosz z pojemnikiem na tworzywo oraz pojemnikiem na metal, przy czym nad pojemnikami oraz nad komorą zgniatarki i/lub podajnikiem są lampy UV-C oraz urządzenie do dezynfekcji, którego dysze umieszczone są nad komorą zgniatarki i/lub nad podajnikiem oraz nad pojemnikami i pojemnikiem na kapsle i nakrętki i zamocowany jest transformator, płyta montażowa elektroniki oraz płyta montażowa zasilania, a w górnej części obudowy (1) jest kamera (5), czujnik ruchu (5.1) oraz głośnik (5.2), a na pokrywie (8) znajduje się klapa wentylacyjna (4) oraz system ogrzewania i/lub osuszania, przy czym wszystkie czujniki i urządzenia połączone są z maszyną liczącą oraz dane niezbędne do pracy, sterowanie, kontrola, bieżące monitorowanie, diagnozowanie błędów oraz przesyłanie danych z i do urządzenia realizowane są przez dedykowany program.
