Abstract

Paleta modułowa z dwoma łącznikami wzdłużnymi i dwoma poprzecznymi, która w części wierzchniej (2) zawiera podłużne żłobienia (2a), ułożone równolegle względem siebie i dłuższego boku palety, zaś podstawę palety stanowią trzy płozy (3) o prostokątnym przekroju, o długości równiej długości palety, biegnące w osi wzdłużnej palety i usytuowane w równej odległości od siebie, przy czym płozy (3) boczne biegną wzdłuż skrajnych boków palety, a ponadto płozy (3) mają prostokątne otwory transportowe (4), na widły wózka widłowego. Paleta składa się z czterech modułów (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), gdzie podział palety na moduły (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) przebiega w połowie długości jej krótszego boku wzdłuż osi wzdłużnej palety, oraz w połowie jej dłuższego boku wzdłuż osi poprzecznej palety, a w części stycznej modułów (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) wzdłuż osi wzdłużnej palety, środkowa dzielona płoza (3) zawiera symetryczny otwór odpowiadający kształtem przekrojowi łącznika wzdłużnego, ponadto każdy z dwóch łączników wzdłużnych jest długości równej połowie długości palety pomniejszonej o szerokość łącznika poprzecznego, a w części stycznej modułów (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) wzdłuż osi poprzecznej palety, płozy (3) zawierają otwory odpowiadające kształtem przekrojowi łącznika poprzecznego, gdzie długość każdego z dwóch łączników poprzecznych jest równa połowie szerokości palety, a w przekroju poprzecznym łączniki wzdłużne mają kształt dwóch kół połączonych w osi poprzecznej płaskim prostokątnym elementem, łączniki poprzeczne w przekroju poprzecznym mają kształt dwóch kół połączonych w osi poprzecznej płaskim prostokątnym elementem.A modular pallet with two longitudinal and two transverse connectors, which in the top part (2) has longitudinal grooves (2a) arranged parallel to each other and to the longer side of the pallet, and the base of the pallet consists of three skids (3) with a rectangular cross-section, with a length equal to the length of the pallet, running in the longitudinal axis of the pallet and located at an equal distance from each other, wherein the side skids (3) run along the extreme sides of the pallet, and in addition the skids (3) have rectangular transport openings (4) for the forks of a forklift truck. The pallet consists of four modules (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d), where the division of the pallet into modules (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) runs in the middle of the length of its shorter side along the longitudinal axis of the pallet, and in the middle of its longer side along the transverse axis of the pallet, and in the tangential part of the modules (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) along the longitudinal axis of the pallet, the central divided skid (3) contains a symmetrical opening corresponding to the shape of the cross-section of the longitudinal connector, moreover, each of the two longitudinal connectors has a length equal to half the length of the pallet reduced by the width of the transverse connector, and in the tangential part of the modules (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) along the transverse axis of the pallet, the skids (3) contain openings corresponding to the shape of the cross-section of the transverse connector, where the length of each of the two transverse connectors is equal to half the width of the pallet, and in the transverse section the longitudinal connectors have the shape of two wheels connected in the transverse axis by a flat rectangular element, the transverse connectors in the cross-section have the shape of two wheels connected in the transverse axis by a flat rectangular element.
