Description
Dlugopis Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis o regularnym cylindrycznym ksztalcie zwezajacym sie w dolnej czesci, przy koncówce. W górnej czesci znajduje sie prowadnica mechanizmu uruchamiajacego, która stanowi przewezenie i jest w innym kolo- rze niz pozostale elementy dlugopisu. Dlugopis posiada plaski klips w ksztalcie prostokata wyokraglonego od dolu i z eliptycznym wglebieniem w tej czesci. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, gdzie Fig. 1 przed- stawia dlugopis w widoku z boku, Fig. 2. w widoku z boku na powierzchnie czolowa klip- sa a Fig. 3 jest jego fotografia. Cechy istotne wzoru Wzór przemyslowy wyróznia sie: - prowadnica mechanizmu uruchamiajacego, która stanowi przewezenie i jest w in- nym kolorze niz pozostale elementy dlugopisu, - plaskim klipsem w ksztalcie prostokata wyokraglonego w dolnej czesci, - eliptycznym wglebieniem w dolnej czesci klipsa.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a ballpoint pen with a regular cylindrical shape that tapers towards the bottom, near the tip. The upper section features a guide for the actuation mechanism, which narrows the pen and is a different color than the other elements of the pen. The pen has a flat clip in the shape of a rectangle, rounded at the bottom and with an elliptical recess in this section. The design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the pen from a side view, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the front surface of the clip, and Fig. 3 is a photograph. Essential features of the design The industrial design is distinguished by: - the guide of the actuating mechanism, which is a narrowing and is in a different color than the other elements of the pen, - a flat clip in the shape of a rectangle rounded in the lower part, - an elliptical recess in the lower part of the clip.
