Patelnia Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest patelnia stosowana w gospodarstwach domowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia patelnie w widoku z góry, fig. 2 patelnie w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 patelnie w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 4 przekrój wzdluzny patelni. Patelnia ma kolowa podstawe, której powierzchnia wewnatrz pokryta jest warstwa teflonu. Obrzeze patelni laczace sie z jej podstawa wyprofilowane jest bardzo lagodnym lukiem przechodzacym u dolu w promieniowe polaczenie z podstawa. Górna krawedz obrzeza jest wywinieta na zewnatrz patelni na calym obwodzie, a ksztalt wywiniecia wyprofilowany promieniem. Do obrzeza patelni mocowany jest uchwyt z tworzywa sztucznego poprzez dystansowa wkladke prostopadloscienna. W widoku z bpku uchwyt jest w polowie dlugosci od strony wkladki, wyprofilowany lukiem ku górze a w dalszej czesci zakonczony bardzo lagodnym lukiem wznoszacym sie ku górze. Zakonczenie uchwytu od dolu jest sciete i wyprofilowane na pólokraglo. W widoku z góry uchwyt ma nieznaczne wybrzuszenie,w polowie dlugosci od strony obrzeza oraz przewezenie w czesci pozostalej. W widoku z góry koncówka uchwytu jest zaokraglona i posiada przelotowy wzdluzny otwór. Dno patelni i zewnetrzna czesc obrzeza moga byc wykonane w róznych kolorach z naniesionymi aplikacjami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Patelnia ma kolowa podstawe i obrzeze laczace sie z jej podstawa wyprofilowane bardzo lagodnym lukiem przechodzacym u dolu w promieniowe polaczenie z podstawa. Górna krawedz obrzeza jest wywinieta na zewnatrz patelni a ksztalt wywiniecia wyprofilowany promieniem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the frying pan from above, Fig. 2 the frying pan from below, Fig. 3 the frying pan from the side, and Fig. 4 a longitudinal cross-section of the frying pan. The frying pan has a circular base, the interior surface of which is coated with a layer of Teflon. The rim of the pan, which connects to the base, is profiled with a very gentle arc, transitioning at the bottom into a radial connection with the base. The upper edge of the rim is rolled outward along the entire circumference of the pan, and the shape of the roll is profiled with a radius. A plastic handle is attached to the rim of the pan via a rectangular spacer. Viewed from the top, the handle is profiled with an upward arc halfway along the insert side, and then ends with a very gentle upward arc. The bottom end of the handle is beveled and profiled into a semicircle. Viewed from above, the handle has a slight bulge, halfway along the rim side, and a narrowing in the remaining section. Viewed from above, the handle tip is rounded and has a through-hole. The bottom of the pan and the outer rim can be finished in various colors with applied designs. Significant industrial design features: The pan has a circular base, and the rim connecting to the base is profiled with a very gentle arc, which at the bottom transitions to a radial connection with the base. The upper edge of the rim is turned outward from the pan, and the shape of the rim is radiused. The pan handle, seen from the side of the rim, is curved upwards halfway along its length, ending in a very gentle upward arc. The handle's bottom end is beveled and semi-circular. Furthermore, seen from above, the handle has a slight bulge halfway along the rim and a narrowing in the remaining section.
