UCHWYT MEBLOWY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przezna- czony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych ele- mentów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikaja- cych z charakterystycznych efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji polaczenia ksztaltu, a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na fig. 1 - pokazano uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 2 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu, fig 3 - uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym, fig 4 - uchwyt w widoku z przodu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii gdzie na fig. 5 - przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig. 6 - uchwyt w widoku z dolu i na fig. 7 - uchwyt w przekroju wzdluznym, fig 8 - uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym z odlaczona nakladka i fig. 9 - uchwyt w widoku z przodu. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from the characteristic decorative and functional effects, the composition of the shape combination, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the handle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the handle in a bottom view, fig. 3 - the handle in a longitudinal section, fig. 4 - the handle in a front view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 5 shows the handle in a perspective view, fig. 6 - the handle in a bottom view and fig. 7 - the handle in a longitudinal section, fig. 8 - the handle in a cross-section with a detached overlay and fig. 9 - the handle in a front view. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The furniture handle is characterized by the fact that in the front view it resembles the letter "T", the roof of which, being the body, is arched upwards, and the leg, being the foot, is thicker than the body, but the foot in the shape of an oval profile takes up almost the entire length of the body, which has longitudinal grooves at the bottom, and on the front side in the middle, along the central axis, it has an insert in the shape of a half-cylinder, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 to fig. 2 and photographs fig. 6 to fig.
